How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

For Standard Shipping, please order by December 1. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by holiday volume and carrier delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

What size should I choose?

The hoodies are unisex and come in XXS to XXL. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your height and weight and we'll help you pick the right one.

What pets fit in the pouch?

The front pouch is designed for small, calm pets such as kittens, cats and toy-breed puppies. Always support your pet with one hand and never leave them unattended in the pouch.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return for unworn items with tags. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us right away with photos of the item and package and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
